Future Landscapes

Future Landscapes is located in J C Nagar 11902. We aren't in a shiny office park. Instead, we have a yard that’s usually filled with piles of soil, some stray pots, and a few bags of fertilizer. The office itself is just a small room at the back of the property. There’s a calendar on the wall from three years ago that nobody has bothered to take down. We spend most of our time outdoors anyway, so the office is just for storing boots and charging phones. Our clothes have a bit of mud on them by ten in the morning. That’s just part of the job when you’re working with plants and dirt. JC Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always the sound of buses and horns in the background. We have an old truck that we use for deliveries, and it’s seen better days, but it still gets us where we need to go. The team is small, just a few people who don’t mind getting their hands dirty. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just look at a piece of land and figure out what to do with it. Sometimes the plants don't grow the way we want, and we have to try again. It’s a lot of trial and error and waiting for the rain. It’s honest work, and we like it that way at 11902. We finish the day by cleaning our tools and making sure the gate is locked. It's a good kind of tired.
