Fusion India Project Management

We are located in the Ganganagar Extension of Bangalore, right in Giddappa Block. Specifically, we’re at number 03, on the 3rd Cross and 3rd Main. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know the turns, but once you find us, it’s a nice quiet spot. Fusion India Project Management is basically a group of us who enjoy the logistics of getting things done. We have a small office with big windows that let in some light, though we usually have the blinds down to keep the heat out. There are plenty of whiteboards around with scribbles and dates on them. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. Most of our space is taken up by folders and technical manuals. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how various projects are going. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites, which means dealing with the dust and the heat, but that’s fine. It beats sitting in a chair all day. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and know the local shopkeepers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the projects we manage are moving forward. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists over and over again to make sure nothing was missed. It's regular work for regular people.
