Our office is located at 56/B in the IV Block of Rajajinagar, specifically on 9 Main. Bangalore is a massive city, but Rajajinagar has its own specific neighborhood feel. Fusion India Project Management Consulting has been running out of this space for a bit now. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, to be honest. We look at projects and figure out how to manage the pieces so they actually fit together. People come to us when they need someone to watch the small details. The building is pretty standard, and we’ve made ourselves comfortable here. It’s definitely not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular place where we do our consulting work. Sometimes the heavy rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but we show up anyway. Having no big marketing team means we just focus on the task. It’s just us handling the project management side of things. We try to keep things as simple as possible. If there is a deadline, we work toward it. If there is a budget issue, we look for a way through. Being practical and staying focused is how we operate. The 9 Main area is usually bustling, which keeps things from getting boring. We’ve handled a fair share of different jobs from these desks. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local business community in this part of town. There is always someone coming or going through the door.
