We don't really do the big speeches; we just get the work onto the paper and then into the field. Our small crew has gotten used to the rhythm of the 2nd Cross. It’s a decent place to work, and we know our neighbors well. Moving forward with whatever project is currently on the desk is our main aim. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve. It is a busy life but we enjoy the work.
