Fublime Art Architecture

Fublime Art Architecture is based in Building No 3/B, which is Lavelle Mansion. We are situated just off Lavella Road in the Kumara Park West area. It’s a nice enough part of the city to work in. Our office isn't very large or polished like those big firms downtown. It’s more of a creative workspace where we keep our tools and drawing boards. There is often a lot of paper and art supplies lying around. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a leather-bound portfolio. People just come in and we talk about their building ideas. Being near Lavella Road is convenient for us. We spend a lot of time sketching out different ways to make a space look better. It’s not always a fast process, but we like to take our time to get it right. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, but the actual design work is what we care about. We aren't a big corporation with many layers. It’s just us doing the drawings. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our stuff in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty honest and don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here most of the time, even when things get busy with new projects. We just like what we do and try to make something interesting.
