Front Office Executive

Our office is located at Number 54 on the 2nd Cross in Padrayanpura. It is right on Hosahalli Main Road in Bangalore, which means it’s always loud outside. Bangalore-26 is a busy postal code, and you can really feel that energy once the sun comes up. We go by Front Office Executive here at this location. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a desk near the entrance where we spend most of our hours. The street outside is usually packed with bikes and autos, so there is a constant hum of engines and horns. Inside, we just focus on the clerical work and managing the front desk duties. It’s a bit of a tight space, and we’ve had to get creative with where we put all the ledgers and stationery. We don't have an air conditioner, just a ceiling fan that works hard during the summer months. People drop in throughout the day, sometimes just to ask for directions or to deliver a package. We don't have any big mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just have a calendar and a clock to keep us on track. It is a practical workplace for practical people. We drink our tea standing up sometimes when it’s busy. We’ve been at this Hosahalli Main Road spot for a while, and we’ve just become part of the daily rhythm of the neighborhood.
