Down in Gadag, Karnataka, you’ll find Front Line Projects. Our office is on Nargardi Oni in the Killa area. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character and narrow streets that can be a bit of a pain to drive through sometimes. We’ve been operating out of R.M. Manvi for a while now. The building is solid and has that classic feel to it. Working on projects in this district means we are often out and about, but the office is where we come back to handle the paperwork and the planning. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but everyone around here knows where the Killa area is. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old computers, and cabinets full of files from past years. We don't really do the whole modern office design thing. It’s more about having a place to sit down and figure out the logistics for the next job. We speak a mix of Kannada and English during the day, and there is usually some local music playing from a shop nearby. The pace of life in Gadag is a bit slower than the big cities, but our work keeps us on our toes. We don't have any big speeches about what we do; we just show up, look at the plans, and try to get the projects finished on time. That is how we operate here.
