There are a few nice places to grab a quick lunch nearby, which is handy. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people finding us because they need to know about this kind of work. It’s a bit of a niche thing, but we like it. Most days are long but we try to keep things relaxed. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple way of running things and it works for us.
