We are over at number 25 in the Sathyanarayana Layout, which is in the II Stage of J. C. Nagar. This is in the Mahalakshmipuram area of Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how these layouts can be. It’s a bit tucked away, which is nice because we don't get all the noise from the main roads. The pin code is 560086. Our building is just a regular structure on the street. We don't have any flashy signs out front. Inside, the space is divided up into a few rooms where we keep our stuff. It’s a bit of an older building, so the floors have some character. We’ve got our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it’s not what a designer would choose. The commute can be a pain with the Bangalore traffic, so we all tend to arrive at different times. Once we’re here, we just get on with it. There’s a small tea shop around the corner where we usually go when we need a break. It’s a very local way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just need a place to sit and do the work that needs doing. It’s pretty quiet most afternoons, save for the occasional delivery bike. That’s just our daily life here in Mahalakshmipuram. Nothing more, nothing less.
