Our office is tucked away in the Arekere Mico Layout area, right on Bannerghatta Road. We are at number 52 in the Govinda Reddy Layout. It’s a busy part of Bangalore with lots of shops and students walking around. We spend our days teaching people how to carry themselves and handle things on a plane. It’s a lot of repetition. You see the students coming in every morning in their uniforms, looking all neat and tidy. We have classrooms set up inside. It’s not a huge building, just a practical space where the training happens. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we just open the windows and get on with it. The traffic on Bannerghatta Road is always a topic of conversation here because it makes everyone late. We focus on the basics like speech and how to stand. It’s interesting to see how people change after a few months of being here. We aren't a corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a local training hub. The staff here knows everyone by name. We drink a lot of tea in the breakroom and talk about the upcoming batches. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation helping young folks get ready for work. There is always a lot of paperwork to fill out at the end of the day, but that is just part of the job. It feels good when the classes are over.
