Our office is over in BTM 1st Stage, right across from the Food World. If you know the Pimpri area in Pune, you know it stays pretty busy. We are in the Veshma building at number 11. Most of the time, we are out on sites or dealing with paperwork here. Being builders means there is always something going on, whether it is a new project or just fixing something that went wrong on an old one. We are not big on those glossy brochures you see everywhere. We would rather just show you the actual buildings. It is a family-run kind of feel here at Fortune India. We know the local streets well because we have lived and worked around here for years. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in corners. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that is the highlight of the afternoon. We deal with developers and contractors all day long. It can be stressful, especially with the Pune traffic and the weather, but we manage. We have been in the industry long enough to know that things do not always go perfectly, but we stay until the job is finished. You can usually find one of us hanging around the office near the 1st Stage area if you need to talk about a construction detail. It is just us doing what we know, day in and day out.
