Foliage Properties

You can find us on the ground floor of 295 in Jayanagar 5th Block. It is a nice spot in a good neighborhood. We deal with property and real estate around here. Jayanagar is full of trees and old houses, though they are pulling a lot of them down now to build new flats. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy or rent something. Our office is pretty casual. We have some folders piled up on the desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about a listing. It isn't a high-pressure sales environment. We just show people what is available and tell them the truth about the plumbing or the neighbors. Being in the 5th Block is great because there are plenty of places to get a snack or a coffee. We know a lot of the local residents because we have been in this building for a while. Sometimes we spend more time driving around showing houses than we do sitting in the office. It is a lot of back and forth. The ground floor location is handy because people can just poke their heads in if they see something in the window. We just try to help folks find a place that fits what they need without making it complicated. It is just us helping people move from one place to another.
