Flowers & Petals

We are tucked away behind Kids Camp on Richmond Road, specifically at Surya Ratna Avenue. The address is No.51/25. It’s a central enough spot but tucked back a bit so it stays a little quieter than the main road. We work with flowers and arrangements every day. It’s a lot of early mornings and cold water. We get the flowers in, trim them, and put them together for whoever needs them. We don’t go for the over-the-top stuff you see in magazines. We just try to make something that looks nice and stays fresh for a few days. The shop is usually full of buckets and discarded stems. It’s a bit of a mess during the busy hours, honestly. We’ve been here in this part of Bangalore for a bit now and know the local market pretty well. We don't have a big philosophy or anything. We just sell flowers. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on Richmond Road, but we do what we can. It’s a straightforward business. People come in for a bouquet, we make one, and that’s that. We’re just a regular shop trying to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door. It is hard work staying on top of the inventory before things wilt, but we have a good rhythm for it now.
