The office is our second home, really. We’ve got desks, some computers, and a lot of coffee going around to keep everyone moving. It’s not some glass tower you see in movies, but it works for what we do. We handle different kinds of solutions and tasks that come across our screens. Some days are quieter than others, where you can actually hear the fan humming in the corner. Other days, it’s a lot of talking and trying to figure out a problem together. We don’t have those fancy ping-pong tables or bean bags. We just have chairs and people who know their jobs. Bangalore has changed so much over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere, but inside these walls, things stay pretty grounded. We focus on the work sitting right in front of us. When the rain starts, everything outside slows down, but we just keep going. We don’t talk much about goals or visions. We just talk about what needs to be finished by five o’clock so we can head home. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been part of the city’s rhythm for a while, just doing our bit without making a big fuss about it every single day.
