Fiza Developer

Fiza Developer is based out of Room Number 11 on the 3rd floor of Maruthi Hostel. We are located on 1st Cross, Annipura Road in Sudhamanagar. It’s a busy spot right opposite the B.M.T.C building, so there is always the sound of buses and traffic outside our window. Being in a hostel room might seem a bit unusual for an office, but it works for us. It’s a small space where we keep our files and meet people when they need to talk about property. You have to climb up to the third floor to find us. It’s usually pretty cramped with all the maps and documents we have lying around. Bangalore is a fast city, and Sudhamanagar is right in the middle of a lot of movement. We don't have a fancy lobby or a secretary. Usually, it's just one of us sitting at the desk answering the phone or heading out to look at a site. The hostel can be a bit noisy with other people coming and going, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. It’s an honest way to run the business without spending a fortune on a glass office. We know the local area well because we are right here every single day. Most of our work involves a lot of walking and talking to people on the street or at different sites. It’s a simple setup for a lot of hard work, and we just keep pushing through.
