Fitnessone

We are located in Shankar Plaza, occupying both the 2nd and 3rd floors at No. 24. It’s right on the 80 Feet Road in Koramangala 4th Block. Finding us is pretty easy because we’re near the Axis Bank and right across from Costa Coffee. The S.T Bed Layout is a busy area, so there’s always people moving about. We’ve been at Fitnessone for a while, watching the neighborhood change around us. The two floors give us a bit more room, so things don’t feel too cramped even when it’s busy. We spend our mornings opening up and getting things ready for the early crowd. It’s a lot of repeating the same tasks—wiping down benches, checking the treadmills, and saying hello to the regulars. We don't have a fancy marketing team writing this. It’s just us. The 80 Feet Road can be a nightmare for parking sometimes, but that’s just Koramangala for you. People come in, do their sets, and then usually head over for a coffee or to run errands. It’s a functional space that fits into the daily life of the folks around here. We keep the doors open and the lights on, and people seem to appreciate that it's just a normal place to sweat. We try to keep things running smooth, but it is just a local gym at the end of the day.
