Fitness One Club

We’ve been running Fitness One Club here in Koramangala for a while now. You can find us at Shankar Plaza on the 80 Feet Road, right next to the Axis Bank. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People usually drop by after work or early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. We have the usual weights and machines that you’d expect at a local gym. It isn't a massive place, but it has what most folks need to get a workout done. Some of the equipment has been here since we opened, but everything works fine. We try to keep things clean, though it gets a bit dusty sometimes with the windows open on St Bed Road. Most of our regulars live nearby and we’ve gotten to know a lot of them by name over the months. It’s just a straightforward place to sweat a bit. No fancy stuff or loud music that’s too much for the ears. We’re open most days and there’s usually someone around to help if a machine is acting up. Parking can be a bit tricky on the main road during peak hours, so some people just walk over. If you are looking for the place, just look for the big sign near the bank. We just do our thing here and keep the doors open for anyone in the neighborhood. It's a simple life for us.
