Fit Life Gym

Fit Life Gym is situated in the Ram Anjenaya Complex over in Marathahalli. We take up both the 1st and 2nd floors of building No 141. We are right on 7th Cross in Ashwath Nagar. If you’re coming from the main road, we are opposite the Anjenaya Temple and pretty close to the Kalamandir showroom. It’s a busy part of Marathahalli with lots of people moving about. Having two floors is great because we can keep the heavy lifting on one level and the cardio on the other. It helps keep the noise down a bit, though not entirely. The gym is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the machines we’ve managed to fit in. We aren't interested in being a fancy high-end club. We just provide a place for the IT workers and locals in the area to stay active. The equipment is well-used but we keep it in working order. You might find a stray dumbbell here or there, but generally, everyone helps keep the place decent. The lighting is bright and the windows look out over the busy street. It’s a good spot to watch the world go by while you’re on the treadmill. We don't have a lot of rules, just be respectful of the others and put your weights back when you're done. It’s a straightforward gym for a busy neighborhood where people just want to get fit.
