Firecons

Firecons is our business name. We are located at No.35, First Cross, in the Thippana Lay Out area of Karenapalya, Ling Raj Puram. Our place is basically a workshop where we keep fire extinguishers and other safety equipment. It’s a small building on a narrow street, so it can be a bit tricky for big trucks to get in. Inside, the walls are lined with red cylinders and boxes of smoke detectors. There is a small area in the front where we have a desk and a couple of chairs for meetings, but mostly we are in the back checking the pressure gauges on the tanks. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, so it has a very local feel. We have a small team, and we usually start the day by loading the service van with whatever we need for the day's inspections. The floor is often covered in a bit of fine powder from when we refill the extinguishers, but we try to keep it clean. When it rains, the sound on the metal roof is so loud we can barely hear the phone ringing. We don’t do anything fancy like big ads or polished brochures. We just make sure the equipment is ready to go and that the paperwork is finished. Most of our neighbors in Ling Raj Puram know us by now. It’s just a regular, honest workshop where we do our bit every day without any fuss.
