Fill N Chill Restaurant

We are located at 107/2 in Nilkanthnagar, which is near the Kankaria area of Ahmedabad. It is a bit confusing because some people mention Koramangala too, but this is the spot where we are found. Fill N Chill Restaurant has been in this location for a while now. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights, just a simple place to sit down. The staff gets here early to start the day, mostly just getting the kitchen ready and wiping down the tables. It gets quite warm in the afternoon, so we keep the fans going all the time. You can see the people walking by on their way to work or the shops nearby. We do not do anything fancy with the decor, it is just plain walls and sturdy chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush because it can get messy when we are busy. The neighbors are nice enough and we see the same faces most mornings. It is a quiet routine we have here. We do not try to be anything we are not. People come in, have their food, and go about their business. We just keep the kitchen running and make sure there is enough water for everyone. It is a lot of standing on your feet, but that is just the way it is when you run a restaurant in this part of town.
