Fieldwork Placement Training

Our place is at number 49 Sos Post, right opposite the Meenakshi Temple in Hulimavu. It’s on the Bannerghatta Road side of Bangalore. Being right across from the temple means it’s very easy to find, which is good for the students and trainees who come to see us. Fieldwork Placement Training is about getting people ready for real jobs. We don’t do a lot of fancy lectures or use expensive equipment. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around a table talking about what happens when you actually start working in a real environment. The office is a bit old, and the furniture has seen better days, but it’s a comfortable and quiet spot. We have a lot of posters and hand-drawn charts on the walls to help explain things. Traffic on Bannerghatta Road can be a nightmare, so we’re used to people arriving a little late and looking a bit tired. We just offer them some water and get started. There are only a few of us working here. We aren't a big institution with a lot of funding. We just know a lot about how placements work and we try to pass that on to whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple setup. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real neighborhood with regular people. We’ve helped a lot of folks from around here get their first start.
