Fi Design & Development Pvt Ltd is based on Banaswadi Main Road. We are also connected to Lakhamshi Nappu Road, specifically at number 15. The office is a busy place where we do a lot of the heavy lifting for design projects. It’s not just about making things look pretty; there is a lot of development work involved too. We spend a lot of time looking at structural details and how different materials work together. The road outside is always loud with traffic, which we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Inside, we have long tables where we spread out our drawings. There is always a smell of fresh prints or sometimes wood samples. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations; we’d rather just show the work as it is. Some days are spent entirely on site, making sure the construction is following the plans we made. It’s a lot of coordination between different people like electricians and masons. We have a few cabinets filled with files from years ago. It’s a bit of a history of the work we’ve done in the area. Banaswadi is a good place for us because it’s central to many of the sites we manage. We just keep moving from one task to the next, making sure everything is built according to the specifications we set.
