Ferrocement Advance Constructions

We've been at No.49 on Wellington Street for quite a while now. If you know Richmond Town, you probably know the Richmond Super Market or St Frank Anthony School nearby. That's where we work from. Ferrocement Advance Constructions isn't a big flashy office. It's more of a workshop vibe. We spend our days dealing with cement, sand, and wire mesh. It’s hard work and it gets dusty. Usually, you’ll find us busy with some project or another, trying to get the mixes just right. Richmond Town is a busy spot, so there’s always noise from the street outside. We don’t have fancy receptionists or a slick waiting area. Sometimes the phone rings and we can't get to it right away because we're in the middle of a pour or measuring out some steel. The weather in Bangalore has been a bit unpredictable lately, which makes construction work tricky. One day it's sunny and the next it's pouring rain, and we have to cover everything up quickly. We just stick to what we know. People stop by sometimes asking for directions to the school and we point them the right way. It’s a tight space here, but it works for what we do. We've got our tools spread out and there's always a bag of cement somewhere. It’s just us doing the work day in and day out. No big corporate meetings, just practical stuff. We’ve been around this part of Bangalore long enough to know the neighbors.
