Feroke Boards Ltd is located at No 15 on 7th A Cross, right off Kagdaspura Main Road in Bangalore. C.V. Raman Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming into the office. We deal with boards and wood products mostly. It is not the most exciting business, but it keeps us going. The warehouse gets quite hot in the summer months, and the smell of sawdust is everywhere. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the trucks are loaded properly. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the traffic on Kagdaspura Main Road is just a nightmare. We have a small staff and everyone knows each other’s business. It is not like those big corporate offices where no one talks. Here, we share lunch and complain about the rain or the power cuts. We have been at this address for a while now. Most people in the neighborhood know us by now. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just sell boards and try to keep the books balanced. It is just a regular day-to-day grind for us. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the paperwork. If you walk in, you’ll probably see stacks of samples and a few old computers. It is a practical space for practical work.
