Ferns Builders And Developers is based over at 29 Sumukha in P & T Colony. If you know Horamavu Main Road, you know the 4th Cross is where we are. It is just a regular office where we handle the building work. Bangalore is growing so fast, and Horamavu is no different. We spend most of our days looking at plans or heading out to the sites to see how the laborers are doing. There is always dust on the desks because of the construction nearby. We don’t have a big fancy reception or anything like that. It is just a place where we get work done. Some days the traffic on the main road makes it hard to even get to the office by nine. We’ve been around for a bit now, just putting up structures and managing the development side. It is not always easy with the material prices going up every other week, but we manage somehow. We use simple tools and try to keep things organized. You’ll usually find someone here drinking tea and looking at a blueprint. It is a local business, through and through. We don't do much talking, mostly just building and making sure the walls are straight. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. That is basically us in a nutshell.
