At Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd., we operate out of Ku Swamy Layout in Bangalore. This is down in the 78 area, which is a bit quieter than the main tech hubs, and we like it that way. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building in a regular layout. Inside, we have everything we need to keep things moving. There are desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of notebooks. We don't really follow a strict dress code or have those long, boring board meetings. Instead, we just talk across the room when something needs to be sorted out. The Bangalore weather usually stays nice enough that we don't always need the AC, which is a plus. Traffic around here can be a headache, like anywhere else in the city, so most of us try to get in early. We spend our time working through whatever comes our way. It is a straightforward environment. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure everything is filed correctly. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, or the local delivery guy stops for a minute. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We’ve been in Ku Swamy Layout for a while now and it feels like a good spot for us to be.
