Favourite Developers is our small company based in Bangalore. Our office is on the first floor of the Ave Maria building, located at No 23. We are in the Chikka Nanjundiah Reddy Layout, which is part of Babusapalya near the Kalyannagar Post. It’s a busy area and finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have been working out of this space for quite a few years. The office is simple, with just enough room for our planning and paperwork. We deal with local projects and construction stuff. Bangalore is always growing, so there is always something to do. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby. It is just a place where we sit down and figure out the building details. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we are used to them by now. We focus on the jobs we have right now instead of dreaming too big. It’s a local operation and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we are out on site and the office is quiet. Other times it's a mess of blueprints and coffee cups. We just do the work that needs doing without making a big fuss about it. That is how we’ve always run things here in Babusapalya. It’s just our way of working in the city.
