Based on 4th Cross Road in Bellandur, we see a lot of change happening in Bangalore every day. Our office is tucked away at number 1170. We deal with the nuts and bolts of building management. Whether it is a small office or a larger block, things always need fixing or looking after. We have a team that handles the dirty work, from electrical fixes to general upkeep. Bangalore is a busy place and buildings take a beating from the traffic and the dust. We try to stay on top of it all. Most of our guys have been doing this for a long time. We keep a lot of spare parts in the storage area because you never know what will break next. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination. If you walk past our place in Bellandur, you’ll probably see us loading up ladders or checking over some equipment. That is just a normal day for us.
