Our place is over in New Samshabad Colony in Hyderabad, right at H.No-22-51. It’s a quiet enough area but we stay pretty busy with building work. We handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with keeping a facility running. Most people don’t think about who fixes the plumbing or keeps the hallways clean until something goes wrong. That is where we come in. We’ve been based here for a good bit of time. The team is just local guys who know their way around a toolkit. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the buildings we look after are in decent shape. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather is bad or multiple things break at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating and then even more time on site actually doing the physical work. It’s just how it goes in this business. We know the Samshabad area inside and out. It’s a good community to work in. If a drain is blocked or a door won't shut, we get it sorted. There is no magic to it, just practical work that needs a bit of sweat. We keep our office doors open for anyone in the neighborhood who needs a hand with their property. Sometimes we have to go out late at night if there is an emergency with a water tank or something. It’s part of the trade. We drink a lot of tea while we plan the next day's schedule at the kitchen table.
