Our office is over on Q Street in the Shantinagar area of Bangalore. We are at No 5, which is a fairly easy place to find if you know the neighborhood. Shantinagar is a busy part of town, and being on Q Street means we are right in the thick of things. Expo Freight has been working from this location for quite some time now. Bangalore traffic is famous for being a mess, and it’s no different around our office, but we’ve gotten used to the noise of the city. Inside, it’s a pretty standard setup for a freight company. We have plenty of desks, phones that ring more than they should, and a lot of paperwork regarding shipments. We aren't a big, flashy company with a huge glass building. We prefer this local feel where we can just get our work done. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a good sense of the community. Dealing with freight means things are always changing, and we have to stay on top of the latest schedules and routes. It’s a lot of coordination and simple problem-solving when things don’t go as planned. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing; we just focus on moving goods from one place to another. It’s a busy life here on Q Street, but it’s what we do for a living.
