We are based in Koramangala, which is usually quite a lively part of the city. Our place is door number 250 over in the 5th block on the 3rd cross. If you know the area, it’s not too hard to find, though parking can be a real pain sometimes. We do property work, mainly focusing on residential and commercial spaces for people coming into the city or moving around. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy. We’ve got some old furniture and a coffee machine that works most of the time. The team here has been around for a while, so we know the local landlords and how things work in this specific block. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. We don't have those big shiny brochures you see in malls. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling after seeing our board. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. We try to keep things simple and don't use a lot of big words when explaining things to clients. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three people are talking at once, but we usually figure it out. Koramangala is a good spot for this kind of business because there’s always something happening nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work, trying to get the right people into the right spaces without making a big fuss about it.
