You can find us over at Omkar Nilaya in Chinnapanahalli. It’s house number 42 on the 1st Main road, right near the 7th cross. This part of Bangalore has grown a lot lately, but we’ve tucked ourselves away in the Doddanakkundi extension area. We deal with properties, mostly helping people find places to stay or invest their money in land. It gets pretty busy around here with all the tech parks nearby, so there's always someone looking for a spot. The office is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it's quieter that way. We have a few desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get by. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know the local streets and who owns what. People drop in to ask about prices or just to see what’s available in the neighborhood. We don’t really have a big reception area, so visitors usually just pull up a chair wherever there’s space. It’s a straightforward operation. We spend most of the morning on calls and the afternoons out looking at buildings or meeting folks at different sites. The traffic in Bangalore makes getting around a bit of a chore, but that’s just part of the job when you’re in the property business here. It is what it is, and we just keep at it every day.
