We are located in Handenhalli, which is a small village near Sarjapura in the Anekal Taluk area of Bangalore. Being out here at Evershine Smelting Alloy Pvt. Ltd. feels a lot different than being in the main city. It is quieter, though our plant keeps things noisy enough during the day. We have been here for a while, working with alloys and smelting processes. It is hard work and the heat from the furnaces is no joke, especially in the summer months. Our staff mostly comes from the nearby villages and we have a routine that works for us. The address is simple, just Handenhalli Post, but everyone around here knows where the smelting plant is. We have some office space for the bills and the payroll, but the real work happens in the back where the metal is. It is a dirty job sometimes, and we all go home with dust on our clothes. We do not have a website that looks like a tech company; we just focus on the actual production side of things. Sometimes the roads out to Sarjapura get a bit rough after a big rain, but the trucks still manage to get through. We just keep the machines running and try to meet our targets every week without making a big fuss about it. There is always something to fix or a shipment to prep, which keeps us pretty grounded.
