Eta Star Property Developers Ltd is based on Magadi Road. Our office is at No.9, Binny Stone Gardens. It is quite close to the Binny Mill Circle, which is a very well-known spot in this part of Bangalore. The office is located in a building that has a lot of history around it due to the old mills. We have a fairly large space because we have to keep track of many different property development projects. There are maps of different layouts pinned to the walls and stacks of folders on almost every desk. The staff is usually busy with either phone calls or paperwork related to construction and land. It can get a little dusty because of the nearby road and the general environment, but we don't mind much. The office has a very functional feel to it. We have a few meeting rooms where we talk to contractors or people looking at properties. The furniture is a bit older, and the chairs have seen a lot of use. We don't spend much on making the place look like a showroom; we just need a place to work. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the Magadi Road area very well. It is a busy, working-class part of the city, and our office fits right in with that.
