You can find our team over in J.P. Nagar, specifically in the 5th Phase on 24th Main. It's a busy part of Bangalore, so there's always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We've been operating from this location for quite some time now. Our daily routine is pretty standard for a company like ours. We start early, usually with a lot of tea and a quick rundown of what needs to happen at the various project sites. The office is a bit of a mix of old files and newer tech, nothing too fancy. We handle a lot of the back-end work here, like making sure the engineering specs are right and the materials are ordered correctly. J.P. Nagar is a good area to be in because it's well-connected, though the traffic on 24th Main can be a real headache in the evenings. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we're more concerned with whether the projects are on track. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so it feels a bit like a second home. We're just a group of people who know the industry and stay focused on the tasks at hand. There isn't much fluff in how we talk or how we work. We just show up, do the jobs we need to do, and try to make sure everything is handled properly before we head home.
