We've been around the TR Nagar area for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Sri Karthik Raj Nilaya, which is house number 240 on the 2nd Main. We're right there in Byrappa Block. Bangalore is a big place, but we mostly stick to our corner here in the -28 postal zone. It's a busy neighborhood and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the streets and the local traffic around 2nd Cross. Our office is basically a practical space where we handle all the construction paperwork and planning. Being in a residential-style block like this means we see our neighbors every day. It isn't some fancy glass tower. We mostly deal with site visits and managing projects from this spot. A lot of what we do involves coordinating materials and making sure the guys on the ground know where they need to be. It's dusty work sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at drawings on the table. If you're looking for us, just head down 2nd Main. People around here usually know the Nilaya building. We try to keep things straightforward and just get the jobs finished. There's always something to fix or a new plan to review. We've seen the area change quite a bit over the years, with new shops and houses popping up. It's a good spot for us because it's central enough to get where we need to go without too much fuss. Just a local team doing our daily bit.
