We’ve been based out of Nagarabhavi for quite some time now. Our office is right there on 1st F Cross in the 3rd Block of the 2nd Stage. It's a busy part of Bangalore-72, and you can usually find us around the 152 building. We handle a lot of different construction projects across the city. Most days involve a lot of site visits and making sure the supplies arrive where they need to go. It isn't always quiet in the office, especially with all the traffic around here, but we get the job done. The team consists of people who know the local area well. We started Eta Constructins India Ltd. because there was plenty of building work to do in this part of town. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. If you walk past our place in Nagarabhavi, you’ll see we are just regular people working on local building projects. We don't have a massive fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we look at blueprints and talk to contractors. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New houses and shops are popping up everywhere around the 2nd Stage. Being near the main roads helps us get our equipment moved around without too much trouble. We just focus on the daily tasks of building and making sure the structures are solid. That's really the long and short of it for us here.
