Our office is in Bangalore, specifically over in Jayanagar at Thilak Nagar. We are on the second floor of building No 746. If you know the area, it’s on 30 A Cross. Jayanagar is a busy place with a lot of traffic and people always moving around, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit more peaceful. We focus on realty and development work from this spot. It’s not a huge space, just enough for a few desks and some filing cabinets for all the land documents and plans we handle. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We don’t really do any big advertising or have flashy signs. Most people who come here already know the address or are coming to drop off some paperwork. The weather in Bangalore is usually good, so we keep the windows open a lot, though the noise from the street comes in too. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is pretty much essential for us to get through the afternoon. It’s just a group of us trying to keep the real estate side of things organized and making sure the developers have what they need. We aren’t trying to be anything fancy, just a local office doing its job in a busy part of the city while we manage the daily grind.
