Essar Constructions

Essar Constructions is tucked away behind the Motimahal Hotel in Sakinaka. Our address is 10 Gandhi Nagar, right near the 5th Hotel. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the Motimahal, you’re basically there. We’ve been in this Sakinaka spot for a good while. The office is small and usually smells like old paper and construction dust. We spend most of our time out on the various building sites we have going on, but this is where the planning happens. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and hotels around, which means there’s always noise and people moving about. We like the energy of Gandhi Nagar. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. If you’re looking for us, just head behind the big hotel and look for number 10. We handle all sorts of building work around this area. Sometimes it's a bit cramped in the office when the whole crew is here, but we make it work. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby; we just want to get the building work done. People around Sakinaka know where we are if they need something built or repaired. It’s a solid, local home base for our construction business and we have been here for years now without any real complaints.
