Essar Construction (India) Limited

The office for Essar Construction (India) Limited is tucked away at 245, Bmp 13, on 10th Main in Seethappa Colony. Being in New Thippasandra, we are right in the middle of a very residential part of Bangalore, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. There are plenty of trees on our street, which helps with the heat, though the Bangalore traffic still finds its way to us. We are in the HAL 3rd Stage area, and most of us have been working here long enough to know all the local lunch spots. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few computers that are getting a bit old and a big table where we spread out the maps. It’s a bit of a maze with all the files stacked up in the corners. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us on the phone or working on a ledger. The neighborhood is quiet in the mornings but picks up by noon. We spend our days tracking materials and talking to the crews out in the field. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it, and we all have to take turns trying to fix it. It is just a normal office where we try to stay on top of our daily tasks.
