At Essar Construction (I) Ltd., we operate out of the Rama-Keshav building in the Shiyapura area of Raopura. If you know where Tapasvi’S Classes are, we’re right across from there in Vadodara. It’s a pretty central spot, which makes it easy to get to different parts of the city. We’ve been at this location for a good while. The office is usually filled with blueprints and old coffee cups. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. Our focus is mainly on the construction projects we have going on around the city. Vadodara is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. We do our part in that, mostly focusing on the structural and civil work. It’s not always easy, especially when the monsoon hits and everything turns to mud. We’ve had days where we had to stop everything because the rain was just too heavy. But once it clears, we get right back to it. Our crew is made up of guys who have been in this trade for a long time. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out the best way to do it with the tools we have. It’s steady work and it keeps us out of trouble. It's been that way for a long time now.
