We've been around Bangalore for a while now. It started small. Mostly just looking at land and figuring out how to build things people actually want to live in. Bangalore is changing fast, you see it everywhere. Traffic gets worse, but the city keeps growing. We spend a lot of time on sites, talking to contractors and making sure the bricks show up on time. It's dusty work. Sometimes things go wrong, a permit takes too long or the rain stops everything for a week. We just deal with it. People come to us asking about plots or new flats because they heard we're around. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It's more about getting the job done. My cousin helps out with the paperwork, and we have a few guys who handle the site visits. We know the local areas well. Like where the water issues are or which roads are going to be widened. It isn't always glamorous, but it’s what we do. We try to be straight with folks about what a piece of land is really like. No point in hiding the flaws. If there's a drainage issue, we say so. Buying property is a big deal for most families, so we just try to keep it simple and honest. We’re usually out near the sites during the day, so if the phone doesn't pick up, we're probably just busy with a cement truck or something. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
