Eshwari Construction

We are located at Shri Nilaya, number 334 on the 6th Cross in Bangalore. The 560091 area is a typical bustling Bangalore neighborhood. Eshwari Construction is basically run out of this building. It’s a busy spot. You can always hear the traffic from the main road nearby and the sounds of construction from other sites in the area. Our office is filled with rolls of drawings and samples of materials like bricks or tiles. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't have a formal receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend our days coordinating with workers and checking on supplies. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, so we have a few old fans that make a lot of noise. We drink plenty of water and tea to keep going. It’s an honest living. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation with a glass tower. We like being on the 6th Cross where we can see what's happening in the neighborhood. Most of our tools and equipment are stored elsewhere, so this is just the place where we handle the planning and the phone calls. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s just a normal day of work for us. The stairs are a bit steep too.
