We've been running Ergon Import And Export Pvt. Ltd. for a while now from our spot near the church in Aswath Nagar. Most days, you'll find us here in Tanisandra, at number 535, just dealing with the daily ins and outs of getting things from one place to another. It's a lot of paperwork and making sure boxes get where they need to go, but we manage. The neighborhood is usually busy, which keeps us on our toes. We handle a mix of goods, depending on what people are asking for at the time. It’s not fancy work, just honest trading. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and shipping logs, but that's how it goes when you're actually doing the work. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows how everything works. If a truck is late, we're the ones sorting it out. If a package needs extra tape, one of us does it. We’ve stayed in this Tanisandra area because it’s where we got started and it works for us. Getting things across borders isn't always simple, there are rules and delays, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have a big glossy lobby or anything like that. It's just a workspace where we get the job done and try to keep things moving. We appreciate the people we work with and just try to be straightforward about what we can do.
