Engineering Study Circle

Our place is in the Vinayaka Complex, right at the Residency Road Cross. If you see the Utility Building, we are just next to it. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic noise from the road never really stops, but we don't mind it much anymore. Inside, it’s mostly just classrooms and a small area where we keep the books and old exams. The whiteboards are usually covered in half-erased diagrams and equations that stayed up from the night before. It’s not a fancy school with new carpets and shiny glass. The chairs are a bit old and sometimes they creak when you sit down, but they do the job for the hours we spend here. We have a lot of students coming through at all hours, especially in the evenings after their regular classes are over. It gets pretty warm when the rooms are full, even with the fans going full blast. We keep a big water cooler in the hallway because everyone gets thirsty after all the talking and explaining. Most of us have been here for years, so we know all the quirks of the building, like which window won't stay open and which light switch you have to flip twice to get it to work. It’s a place for studying and trying to get through the material. We don't put on a show; we just open the doors and get to work every day.
