Encon Impex

Our shop is up on the second floor of the Vinayak Electronic Plaza. It’s right near Town Hall on Sadar Patrappa Road, so the street is always packed with people and rickshaws. Encon Impex is where we handle a lot of different items coming in and going out. It can get a bit cramped in here with all the boxes stacked up against the walls. Bandimatt Road is right there too, and sometimes it's hard to even get a delivery truck close to the building because of the crowd. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. It’s not a big corporate office, just a practical space where we keep track of our stock and orders. Most days it’s just us answering calls and making sure the shipments are right. The lighting in the plaza isn't the best, but we've got our routine down. You have to climb the stairs to find us at number 45. We deal with a lot of local traders and people looking for specific parts or materials. It’s a busy life in this part of town. Sometimes we have tea from the stall downstairs while we wait for a late shipment to arrive. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finally done. It’s honest work, even if the stairs get tiring by the end of the day.
