We’ve been over here at Muniswamappa Layout for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Kashinagar Amrutahalli. Most days you'll find us sorting out bricks and cement or looking over some blueprints at the office. We started Emmanuel Constructions because we knew the area and saw how fast Bangalore was growing. It's not always easy, dealing with rains and supply delays, but we get through it. Our office at Amareshwar Nilay is where the planning happens. It's just a regular workspace with a few desks and lots of paper. We don't do fancy speeches or anything like that. People around here know us as the guys who build stuff. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but that's just part of the job. We keep busy with local projects. Usually, it's just about making sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak. If you walk past house number 29, you'll see our sign. We've seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just try to do decent work that stays standing. It's hard work, and we go home tired, but seeing a finished building is okay. We don't have a big team, just enough people to keep things moving. We use local materials when we can. Bangalore traffic makes deliveries tough sometimes. We just deal with things as they come and try to stay on schedule as best we can. There is always a lot to do before the sun goes down.
