Our place is tucked away in the LIC Colony, right on the Sixth Cross. Jayanagara East is a nice part of Bangalore, a bit quieter than the main roads. We’ve been running Emmanuel Constructions from this spot, D-No-6, for some time now. It's a simple setup on the first main. We spend most of our mornings checking on sites and then come back here to handle the paperwork. Building houses involves a lot of small details people don't always see. We talk to contractors, check on the sand quality, and make sure the workers show up. It’s a lot of back-and-forth. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, especially when the monsoon hits Bangalore hard. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just put up structures. The third block has been our base, and we like the community here. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the afternoon while we look at floor plans. It isn't a flashy office, just a practical space for work. We try to be fair with the folks we hire and the people we build for. You learn a lot about people when you're digging foundations. We focus on getting the job done without making a fuss. It’s mostly just making sure the materials arrive and the walls are built right. The office is often full of samples and old blueprints, but we know where everything is. It works for us.
