Emjay Narrow Woven Fabrics

We are located over in Industrial Town, specifically at 14-D Cross in Agrahara Dasarahalli. It is a busy part of the city, especially being west of Chord Road. Our space at number 14 is where all the work with narrow woven fabrics actually happens. We have the machines running pretty much all day. It is noisy and dusty, but that is just the nature of working with textiles and looms. Most people around here are doing some kind of manufacturing, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighborhood. The area is full of small units and trucks coming and going. We have stayed in this spot because it makes sense for the type of production we do. There is not a front desk with a receptionist or anything fancy like that. You just walk in and see the rolls of fabric being moved around. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Managing the inventory of different weaves and yarns takes up most of our time. It is a hands-on kind of place. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just the staff here making sure the looms are set up right. Sometimes deliveries are a bit of a headache because of the narrow streets, but we manage to get things loaded up. It is a plain, working-class environment.
