If you walk down Church Street in Shanthala Nagar, you’ll find us in Kalpak Arcade. We are right across from Hotel Empire, which is a great landmark because everyone knows where that is. Eminent Constructions & Consultants is where we handle a lot of the planning and management for building projects. Church Street is always loud and full of people, so our office feels like a little escape from the chaos outside. It’s not a very big space, but we’ve crammed in everything we need to get the job done. We deal with a lot of blueprints and site reports. It’s not all just sitting at a desk; we’re often out and about checking on how things are going. The 560001 area is right in the heart of things. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, seeing the city change around us. We don’t use any of those buzzwords that most companies like. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and timelines. It’s a straightforward business. Sometimes the elevator in the arcade acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine. We’re just a bunch of folks who know how to build things and want to help others get their projects finished. If you're in the neighborhood for a meal at Empire, you're basically standing right in front of our place. We keep the doors open and the coffee pot going most days.
